PAYMENTS
AND REFUNDS

The course fees
published by the company are for student guidance only, and
may increase during the course, depending on students ability
and or learning capacity. The total flying hours listed are
for students guidance only. The Pilot Licence courses offered
by the company are NOT fixed costs.
An Entrance Fee
of A$1,000 is payable by all students requiring the issue of
an 'Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment' Form. This also includes
the pickup from Melbourne International Airport, Aviation medical
fees and attendance, as well as trust account administration.

The student must
pay in advance into the Melbourne Flight Training account for
his/her selected course, by way of a Telegraphic Transfer or
International Bank Draft. Payment must be in Australian Dollars.
a) Ground School
prior to course commencement
b) Flying Training anticipated costs in advance.
Australian Government
regulations require the company to inform the Department of
Immigration of Students whose enrolment has been cancelled.

Students applying
for a refund must do so in writing. In the case of a refusal
by Australian Government authorities to grant a visa a deposit,
if paid, will be repaid in full, less the Overseas Student Health
Cover premium which the company may have paid on behalf of the
student, less any Bank Charges.
Repayment of the
prepaid amount, after accounting for any funds used for Flight
Training. The company may also charge an administration fee
of up to 20% of the unused portion of the prepaid amount. The
enrolment fee of $1,000.00 is non-refundable. If the student
has commenced his/her theory course, no refund is available.
All refunds will be made in Australian dollars in the form of
a cheque within 14 days of the request.
The company may
change any or all of the above options at any time. No changes,
however, will be made which might place the student in a position
of disadvantage, or are contrary to the relevant Government
Acts, or will be to the detriment of the student, unless Government
Regulations force us to do so. It is, and always will be, our
aim to please our customers and assist them by all possible
means in their endeavour to further their knowledge and improve
their career path.
